Every KOVA Freedom Chair is backed by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind what we build.
What's Covered
Defects in the following for 3 years from delivery:
- Gas cylinder
- Steel frame and base
- Casters and wheels
- Backrest mechanism
- Seat and footrest rotation mechanisms
- Cushion foam (structural failure, not normal compression)
- Fabric (seam failure, not normal wear)
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, stains)
- Damage from misuse or exceeding the 300 lb weight capacity
- Unauthorized modifications
How to Claim
- Email hello@kovachair.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
- We review within 48 hours.
- Approved? We ship a replacement part or full chair at no cost.
Replacement Parts
Most issues can be fixed by swapping a single component. We send the part with instructions. If it needs a full replacement, we handle everything.
After the Warranty
Something break after 3 years? Reach out anyway - we can often provide replacement parts at cost. Email hello@kovachair.com.
