We're confident KÖVA will change the way you sit. Try it at your own desk for 90 days — if it doesn't, send it back for a full refund.

How It Works

1. Order your KÖVA Freedom Chair.
2. Use it for up to 90 days from delivery.
3. Not satisfied? Email us for a prepaid return label.
4. Pack it in the original box, drop off at UPS, full refund issued.

• 90-day window starts from delivery date, not purchase date
• Return shipping is free (prepaid UPS label provided)
• No restocking fee
• No questions asked
• Refund processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method

Return Conditions

Chair must be in original packaging. Normal use during the trial is fine — that's the point. We recommend keeping the box for the first few weeks.

Damaged or Defective Items

Arrived damaged? Email hello@kovachair.com with photos. We'll send a free replacement and arrange pickup of the damaged unit.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Changed your mind before it ships? Email us for a full refund anytime before shipment. Once delivered, the 90-day trial begins.
