Free Shipping on Every Order

Every KÖVA Freedom Chair ships free via UPS Ground to all addresses within the continental United States. No minimums, no thresholds, no surprises at checkout.

Where We Ship From

All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Pre-Order Shipping

If you placed a pre-order, your chair will ship by the end of July. We'll keep you updated on production progress via email, and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Package Size

Your KÖVA Freedom Chair ships in a single box: 28" x 10" x 24" (71 x 25 x 61 cm), weighing approximately 30 lbs (13.6 kg).

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Due to the size of the package, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a street address for delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to Canada, the UK, and Australia. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we add new shipping destinations.
